Costs are skyrocketing, and Pennsylvanians can’t keep up. Working families across the Commonwealth are struggling to put food on the table, bring their children to the doctor, and fill up their gas tanks. Rising costs can make the already demanding feat of raising a family even more challenging.

 

Last summer, Congressmen Ryan Mackenzie, Rob Bresnahan, and Scott Perry voted for the Republican Tax Law that made historic cuts to Medicaid and SNAP - programs that benefit millions of Pennsylvanians - to pay for tax breaks for billionaires and big corporations. They also failed to extend critical health care tax credits before they expired, jacking up Pennie costs by an average of 102% across Pennsylvania. Since the loss of these tax credits, more than one hundred thousand Pennsylvanians have been forced to drop coverage due to higher costs.

 

These congressmen have also supported Trump’s price-raising tariffs that cost Pennsylvania families over $1,700 last year, repealed clean energy tax credits that helped Pennsylvanians afford their utility bills, and backed the war in Iran that has driven gas prices up to over $4/gallon across the Commonwealth.
